Our firm was founded by Matthew Stroh, a leading litigation lawyer with diverse experience, having both worked at a Bay Street law firm and as in-house counsel for large insurers. Our firm has experience handling files for individuals, small businesses, large multinational corporations, as well as acting as class counsel in multi-jurisdictional class proceedings.
We represent clients in corporate/commercial, insurance, estates/trusts, fraud recovery, real estate, securities, class action litigation, and in other complex disputes in the trial and appellate courts throughout Ontario, before administrative tribunals, and in private arbitrations. In addition to representing clients in litigation, we also provide clients with opinions on complex and sensitive legal issues.
We serve clients across Ontario. We also assist international clients, and their counsel, in the enforcement of foreign equitable and monetary judgments and letters rogatory in Ontario. Our practice is primarily virtual. We leverage the latest technology to minimize expenses and provide value to our clients.
Beyond our core legal work, our firm is committed to charitable and social justice issues, including in the areas of homelessness and mental health. We represent clients before the Consent and Capacity Board, and contribute to charities with a mental health focus.
